SHIPPING & HANDLING

We ship domestically using USPS First Class Mail. We process orders within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that creation of a shipping label does not indicate that your order has been shipped. The shipping label creation is part of the 1-3 business day processing time. It may take additional business days for you the postal carrier to scan your package.


We are not responsible for USPS. All questions regarding the tracking of your package during delivery should be directed to USPS.


We are not responsible for any package that says “delivered.”

INCORRECT ADDRESS


We are not responsible for any address input errors (so please be accurate when inputting your address). 
Please be advised that we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. Once your label has been created/printed, we are not responsible for any address changes as this typically means your package is on its way to our shipping carrier. 

CUSTOMS and VAT

For international customers, VAT is collected at the time of purchase. We cannot be responsible for any additional customs fees imposed on the customer. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We do not offer refunds or returns if the product has been opened.


Shipping is ineligible for refund unless the package was incorrectly shipped or the error was made by Vision Reality.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
